Murat Coşkun and Beatriz Picas share a passion for creating music that exists between worlds and styles. The combination of world percussion, cello, and voice provides the perfect foundation for this: letting the cello sing, drumming with the voice, and making percussion weep and laugh. Picas and Coşkun seem to become one with their instruments, breathing their own life into their compositions. Their light-footed and refreshing duo program is the result of an intensive exchange and many phases of joint experimentation.
